To You, Who Seeked Freedom
They said they saw my baby
Down in the city that never sleeps
They said my baby acting like one
Asking for direction
Begging for love
He was my baby
Hair curly and was a nasty
Rendezvous for two
Drinking our favorite coffee
No one knew he was a daddy
All I know that
He left the door
To the place he thought he belonged
Far far away from the sorrow
#desperate
#sadness
