Mike Brown was the targeted being among
It was said Mr. Brown had his hands up
But many questions remain in Missouri and across the country being fed up
A key witness is dead
Yet a Police Officer walks in his own stead
Misleading evidence having some speculation
Here and there also having some indication
The Grand Jury was determining if or should a trial begin and if the Police Officer should be charged
Months upon months in a Jury room of while
When the verdict finally came, the Police Officer was released
But there were many things that needed to come up
It seems no one wanted to seriously talk about
We all weren’t there
Yet a continued investigation still needs to clear the air
But the nation is on warning in beware
A Mother and Stepfather have loss a son
Mike Brown is no longer being among
Another bullet has taken another name
This is actually a shame
It seems Police just be ready to take aim
Something must give, as this cannot remain
Today’s conflict with a loss and uncertain tomorrow
I comfort Mike Brown’s family in their sorrow
My encouragement, “I know a man who sits high but looks low, and knows the truth, and he alone can cover our youth”.
