Under the moon
where predators prowl

They lurk in the shadows
and call with a howl

Silently they stalk
on padded paws through the leaves

They creep through the darkness
they wind through the trees

Target in sight
they move in for the ****

The pack springs from the shadows
and each eat their fill

Moon obscured
erased by the clouds

Again to the shadows
return hunting hounds
