Clouds gather of an approaching storm
Yet in the wake, it is the Lord in don’t be alarmed
Strikes of lightening flashed through the sky
The rain came and I saw being a witness such as I
Suddenly the rain poured every so heavy
My heart was pounding like an overflowed levy
One last thunder roar
Then suddenly the storm was no more
The clouds parted and went their separate ways
Yes I explored this in a lifetime on this day
I wondered because the storm was ever so strong
The days seemed shorter, but wasn’t getting long
One’s thought only for a moment
One’s life departure in a second
One’s journey spirit in flight
What’s on one’s mind of beckin?
Has the storm truly passed?
Was the skies casting its mask?
For now the storm has passed
Can we live through another storm and be surpassed?
We must wait and observe
But the earth is loss in its own deserve.
