You've shaken,
you've shook,
you've rattled
your veins off
& like a shot,
you drop,
you float,
swirling,
twirling downward
in the gentle breezes,
those strong winds
you oh so loved.
Now gently you lie,
crinkled with Mother Earth,
under her naked trees.
