Parents will never understand-
Going out, having fun
The blast of speakers coming from a room
making a house boom.
The jokes and pranks with friends
just making memories that won't end.
Drunk or sober nights
that will carve in everyone's heart.
Red cups some party games, going speed limits,
we're just too young to care.
The selfies and photos
that won't ever fade.
And when I get older,
reminiscing those days were cray.
A smile on my wrinkling face.
My teenage days was never a waste
