Walking down a shady grove
trees shimmer in twilights fading plight
a warm breeze caresses your body, embracing your whole
walking alone, but not at all lonely

Twilight fades into a bright night
full of stars dancing with one another
joyful in their delight
A small smile of satisfaction
a natural reaction
of the present moment

Embrace all that is, the here and now
let it wash over you and relieve your frown
Need not be haunted by past transgressions,
or be fearful of the future, of ones own expectations.
Accept all the good,
that is our birthright
Embrace love
your own inner light
