Liberation
i was in *******.
the insides of walls were all i could see
day in and day out
re
lent
less.
the persisting darkness and pain seemed as though it would never end
but alas, here I am.
Free.
Free to breath,
Free to smile,
Free to live.
As Abraham Lincoln emancipated the slaves,
O, College Board,
the time has finally come for you to set me free.
APUSH
