It’s dark and I’m lost.
Up is down and left is right.
I’m not sure where to turn.
I’m not sure where to go.
I’m drowning in the dark.
You were the light in my life.
I used to look ahead of me.
The light at the end of the tunnel
Leading me to my future.
I didn’t know it was just you
Moving slowly away from me.
The light at the end of the tunnel
Was you saying goodbye until the light was completely gone.
Should I stumble around finding my way out?
Do I scream for help?
Each minute here leads me further into the blackness.
Wandering.
Thinking.
It’s dark and I’m lost.

I Should Have Known
I should have known.
So many things were wrong.
