I like how you care

for yourself in the pool, on the yoga mat, and with the occasional salad

for the earth every day, inside and out, turning down the thermostat and turning up the heat in your gardening game

You care for every human being, so you don’t care for violent TV

Or potentially violent computer conflicts such as…left click…or right click?

But those are times when you have to let me care for you

Because I owe you one, or two, for every every finger lickin’, clean plate worthy home cooked meal

And every sweatshirt you strongly encouraged me to tie around my waist because ‘it might get cold later!!’

I know you don’t care for sarcasm and mockery…sorry

Every day you just care for the life around you,

So breathe in through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
And today let life care for you.

I love you,

Ben
