Oct 2010
She was only fourteen
Happy and vibrant
Awaiting her first kiss
Not noticing who was watching
Her neighbor odd but friendly
Obsessed with her loveliness
Coerced her to stray from safety
She fell into a pit
Dug well ahead of time
It was a heinous crime
She had no time to scream
Unable to fight
He smothered and sliced her
Never to be whole again
