into a ditch
Where owls don't blink
and your eyes are fish
and your lungs are filled
with an itching need
Fill your lungs with a
drunkmans greed
Catapult on speed and
fill your mind with mud
Within life's canopy, you've trod upon your bud
Thud
Thud
Thud
Your heart chimes
cheek to cheek
Filled with human strength
you realise you're weak
Weak
Week
Days turn from Weeks
Still your blood
Slow it with sleep
Reap
Seep
It's all bleak.

Let me take you into a ditch
and allow your mind to leak.
