Scroll
One day,
I'll be there,
With the rest.
Just sitting there,
Waiting
Amongst the rest.
Fading and forgotten,
Near a cleft.
Sitting Amidst,
A Thieving Quest.
One day,
I'll be there,
With the rest.
Just sitting there,
Waiting
Amongst the rest.
But now,
Inscribed
By your Flesh.
I am
Alive,
But
Dispossessed.
One day,
I'll be there,
With the rest.
Fading and forgotten,
Amongst the rest.
Just sitting there,
Waiting
Near a cleft.
Knowing my existence,
Is none the less;
A meaningless scroll,
For those who are blessed.
