out of darkness unto open dawn

~~~~~
Upon the vast mountain
Scream out the pain
(& is it REALLY there ? )
••
I write my life in streams of forests
And the memory of Indian joys
••
Sitting with Ernesto at the bar
Drinking the wild nectar of all these beautiful eyes
••
Angels dancing in the midnight choir
To find love put your lust aside
To know freedom you must leave
Behind the safety of familiar chains
••
Black tenemented myths a plenty
Fill the evening with hope and prayer
Soon the long walk into morning
And what surely shall appear
••
From the haze a whole new world
The love you feel when you SHARE a life
••
From the mountain no screams are heard
\
Just sad relief within joyous sighs
