Do you ever stop to realize
That maybe you're not who you thought?
You thought you were smart; you thought you were strong
But then you see that you are not.

Do you ever stop to analyze
Everything you've ever said
The things you do, the mistakes you make
And feel you've been misled?

Do you ever stop to look in the mirror
To realize you've made mistakes
Do you ever stop to retrace your steps
And find a new path to take?

Sometimes I stop to realize
That I'm not what I thought
I thought I was smart; I thought I was strong
But trust me, I am not.
