No matter how many times
I claim I don't care
I will never feel right
Without you there

No matter how far my heart is
From your beating one
I'll never be feel the same way
About anyone

If you were the type
I would hold you in my arms
If you didn't fight
I would keep you from harm

But you're stubborn and don't care
About much at all
So you see why it's dangerous
For me to fall

For someone like you
Whose someone like me
