As I stepped outside as clear in the air
A brightest of light sparkled so near
The stars in their twinkle did come to my lips
This breath taken over all held in a wisp

Amazingly brilliant all ready for view
The lights in the sky so gloriously new
No boundaries given just clear in the night
This wondrous feeling I'm free I'm alive

My smile did return as I stared back in awe
The sky on this night so beautiful calm
I knew there and then that I'd taken the choice
The no turning back a voice to rejoice

My writing returned the book on the table
I'm coming free world I'm willing and able
My name will be up there as clear as the night
The time for the future is here shining bright
