When Time Calls
When time calls I will be ready
I will face my maker
and I will plead my case
If my lord rejects me
I will drift forever more
in the twilight of space
I have tried to be good and kind
yet have my ways been pure
I wonder how good I have been
When time calls me to account
I will show my actions
and hope he welcomes me with open arms
There is not much more I can do
for I have lived in the hearts of the kind
that is all I have tried to do
Be kind to me my lord
forgive my indecisions
for midnight comes soon
