The great backwoods bear fair
Was right next to the dollar tree,
I went in with a can of peas
And bought a bear for free.
At first I thought "this bear's a blast!"
Until he tore up the carpet,
Now he's in my pantry
And - wait, where's my pet?

Now you're asking me why
The bear is still here
I've been asking him the same
But I don't think he can hears.
In all honesty I don't mind the beast
The best I can do is bear.
I can wait for rest so
We'll count this as a test.
