Perception of power
Is a shadow in a shadow play
A paper tiger with no teeth,
No teeth that might bite
Nor brains to even think

Corner an insane person
And you get a delusion  
Which although is very scary
Has no power to control
Themselves or others

Yet, a rapid dog is dangerous
