      The day has come and gone
And in the darkness I’m all alone
I feel this pain clean to the bone
Is this what it is to be lost

What we had is no more
And I don’t know where I went wrong
I’m living in a world where I don’t belong

I’m living in silence without words
There’s no music in the air
I’ve not a reason to care

My thoughts are incomplete
I’m in a state of shock
Alcohol has me unstable when I walk

What is a heart for
If it’s only meant to be broken in two
What am I if I’m without you
