Intelligentsia

In the year twenty, twenty five
We should be beyond being Neanderthal
Yet here we are in our advanced state
A Nation in a spiral fall

Back to our beginnings
To our primitive nature
Living in today’s society feels
Like a disease without a cure

When wrong is manipulated as right
To the point right is replaced by wrong
The truth gets perceived as a lie
The wind whispers a sad song

The youth have been betrayed
To the point the truth hurts them inside
There was once a promising future
But now that future has died

Values and morality feels like
It’s being reversed like a form of dyslexia
The new world order of the generation
Is a backwards insult to our Intelligentsia
