In the last stage of your life,
You may be in pain, unable or frustrated,
Discard your thoughts and attitude  dear ,
"My way is just better,
I don't need to reason."
Opinions hold you down like a devil,
You just want to have your  own way,
You swear, thrash out and  command,
Your carers are not your toys,
They too have a heart with feelings,
It hurts.
Your meaningless requests for forgiveness,
Doesn't heal the wound.
Your contempt towards your carers,
And foolish actions,
Can disparage your relationships.
So I beseech,
Let go of your demons,
Let your last cup be filled with sunshine,
A sweet tune of falling leaves,
In the gentle breeze of life,
Leaving sweet memories behind.
