For a while-awhile you simply didn't see me.
Overlooked me standing before you.
And it hurt for a while but not long.

Now, you see me.
When there's no need too.
Overlook me.
Still pretend you never did.

But now you see me.
Strange what materialistic things does.
When someone seeking love.

For you at that time.
I wasn't the one.

I could
I could use you at every turn.
But that's simply not me.
So, pretend, simply pretend you don't see me.

Cause I remember when you didn't see me.
When in your eyes I wasn't nothing.
And you were my dream.
