Power shall be vested in the Representatives.

Power of impeachment rests with them.

The seats of the first class become vacant

In the trial of the United States
No one shall be convicted
A number of days shall adjourn
Absent members may be compelled to attend.
The manner of punishments may be determined
The House shall keep a record
Of those present asking questions,
In all cases of treason
And crimes of the peace,
They shall be tried
