theres a lullaby that i used to know
mum would sing to me off to sleep id go
she had a lovely voice gentle as can be
i wont forget the lullaby that she sang to me

now im all grown up and have children to
i sing her lullaby just like she used do
till they fall asleep just like mum would do with me
best mum in the world there could ever be
