The Devil Rains
One last gasp, one last beat,
one last breath... That's me,
the devil said to me.
I can smell your sickness,
I can be your weakness or
your disease.
Wishing you never met me,
lay you down next to me,
the devil stole your desire heart
and possibilities.
Ruins ashes and disease,
remains of tortured hearts,
bleeding all over the floor
falling at your feet.
Statues of passed lovers shattered
scattered upon the stage.
Reminders of who I use to be,
One last gasp, one last beat,
one last breath... That's me,
the devil said to me.
Bring me to life, with a zombie bite,
your cure is the disease.
When everyone is infected
do we all become the cure?
Ruins of lies, amongst maggots and flies is where the devil rains.
Gravedigger, gravedigger, dig me a grave. Make me a stone engraved with my name, but don't give the devil my address please.
