Delicate as dew on a summers morn
till the sun does raise
and gives you back to the skies

Then you wait in the heavens
till the earth calls to you
in the winds of fall

Then white will be your passage
to older human eyes
to children a wonderful surprise

For you are water
a life bringer
even spring in your name is fresh
