I dreamt of blue eyes
and experienced the joy
of your sweet lovely face
radiating in the warm sun

Your cheeky stare told no lies
as this man grew from a boy
and you teased with stocking lace
and energy through you was fun

My emotions flowed as you cried
when your heart was destroyed
Last time your mother was embraced
and your happiness became undone.

Eventually you rose one sunrise
And was coy and out of the void
you asked for delicious pancakes
dripping with syrup & crispy blazing.
