Whistle while you work
Out on empty streets
We meet and the old world dies
••
••
Tenement Joe
Marries the bag lady every morning
Growing stronger day by day
••
Fullness of heart
••
Crippled and abused
He carries Every Child
Into the Kingdom
••
Gay?
Straight?
In the closet?
Out of the closet?
I don't really give a **** at all
••
(Her Eyes were shining with the light of love
That's all I know
All I need to know)
••
The hours pass me I smile and wave
Hello!
Good bye!
Come again when your sober
••
The Dragons are flying!
The Unicorns have stepped aside
••
••
She was in the shadows crying cause her boyfriend was gone
••
Good grief!!!
••
In the gun fire of the ugly night
Waiting for the broken dawn
••
Me and the bag lady
Seems we are the only ones left
