i saw a little white dove sat up in a tree
while walking it the forest look down at me
he began to sing in the branches up above
a lovely melody that filled my heart with love

such a lovely song with such a lovely tune
took my breath away when he began to croon
i wont forget that day or the forest tree
and the doves sweet song that he sang to me
