I went to the Feast
everyone I knew was there
for those that could not make it
I said a silent prayer.
For eight days, we rejoiced
with praises of thanksgiving
singing glorious songs to Him
most grateful and forgiving.
It was the Feast Of Tabernacles
what it's like when Christ will reign
for a thousand years of joy
when we'll put away all shame.
Embracing truth and blessings
fueled by God's great power
to the Rock of our salvation
under His strong tower.
When Satan's in the pit
and peace will find it's way
to a new and splendid world
how we'll celebrate that day!!
