As daylight is consumed by darkness I find a path lay before me.
Signs cover the entrance saying "DANGER, CAUTION, CONSTRUCTION"...
However one sign catches my attention the most, "joy"
Starting on the path I find it covered with rocks, sticks, vines, dust, and cracks.
Aside from the broken path there is yet one solid line.
No matter how hard I try I fail to keep my balance.
Tumbling on cracks, falling down every now and then.
Desperate for a lifeline I use all my strength to get up.
Starting to scar..bruises now covering my body.
A small but bright light shines a few steps in front of me.
Only tumbling a little I reach the light.
There I find you waiting for me as if the path was planned.
Sudden faith strikes me as I get up and hold you.
Continuing the path I notice it is different than before.
The crack and bumps I keep falling upon suddenly fades away.
Almost a full solid path appears with little cracks in it.
With you I can take the little hurtful parts in this path.
Through thick and thin I still need you. Forever.
