Never was there a single doubt in my mind.
That you would be the woman I call mine.
Because I knew I was the one to would settle upon.

Never one to compete against anyone.
Why do it?
When in your very heart?
Least mine I knew I was the one you would come to love.
To hold
To kiss
To feel
To tell your problems too.

These eyes of mine send a clue out to you.
And the words I spoke left a message of love for you.
And I knew, I knew, I knew deep within myself.
I was the one that you would settle upon to love.

Patience paid off in the very end.
