Goodbye sunshine
Hello rain
Half cracked smile
To hide the pain

A bakers dozen
Of secrets kept
Cooking up something
Behind the mask

Rumor tells
Medication helps
With both under
And overwhelmed

But I still keep
The anxiety
Within easy reach
For emergencies

When lacking in
Self esteem
I find even I
Do not like me

Under cloudy skies
In acid rain
It’s hard to smile
With all this pain
