I gave you more than you ever wanted, more than you ever need.
I gave you every part of me.
And still you weren't happy.

I supply you with joy and happiness from my end.
I gave you every part of me.
But I am the one in misery.

And when you finally came around to my way of love.
I kind of felt destroyed hoping to recover.
I gave you ever part of me.

And try as you might to make me love you now.
I must be honest with you.
It's going to take some time.

Cause I gave and gave and gave.
I gave you every part of me.
You just woke up late to see.
I gave you every part of me.

It's true, it's true, you never miss what you had until it's gone.
