To Allah on the ground,
When HE is above us.
To show our highest level of
humility and glorify HIS existence.
We prostrate using seven bones,
The forehead  nose, both hands, knees and the toes.
As you prostrate there is no one between you and Allah,
And for every prostration a sin is forgiven.
