Libraries were made for rainy Saturdays and for the elderly to sit in and read the newspapers, a convenient and free way to spend half a day and yet spend nothing until they computerised them, blew out the 'Dewey' and brought in the new E systems, can't find *** all now, books ain't where they're supposed to be and there's no point in saying it's still free when you've got to spend time to look for things,
things like books.
