"Christmas is coming
the goose is getting fat"

there is no sign of pigeons for the poor have seen to that.
Old Santa had another clause
beggars do not get their paws on yuletide logs,
just kick the dogs and they will go away.

Christmas is coming
the weather's turning cruel ,
and all that I look forward to, is one more bowl of watered down, (while the rich folk go to town)
gruel.
