The queen has spoken
and you will be broken
into dust

All your dreams now crushed
turned into decay and rust
and the candle you hold
seems to cry tears of wax
that stay with you for ever

This midnight candle
in the cathedral of the full moon
makes this humid night live life
so you howl for your minor heaven

This dance in moonlit pale
by the sea of singing sails
makes every sweep of beach
the solitude you so really seek

So let the waves of understanding
wash slowly over your innocent body
for one of your kindness
needs careful helping wings

As the sky calls for morning
you will come to be
part of the sea
and part of me
