Places to be, but have I arrived?
Every defeat a discouragement
Every teardrop farther from achievement
What seems close is a distance
Yet within reach
Determined search
Responsibility in action
At times thinking failure
But that is a bad picture
I must overcome
Lonesome
I will do it alone
This is a conquest
A test
Pass or fail
The mind explores
I am challenged
Step in or step out
Determination burning
Desired hot
Courage is mounting
Endurance is counting
Journey on
No stop nor expire
The hourglass is temporary on pause
I have my own mission clause
Excel into conquer
A door to enter
A go through
Fulfillment
Heaven’s will
I can’t wait and be still
There are assignments I must fulfill
Life has called
I am the answer
I am bold
I hold the key to my own threshold
I am the story told
Observe and behold
I arrived at my destiny
My heart that wouldn’t
Pounded louder in should
The spotlight of my own soul
But wait
I am the wonder and yonder
Walked where others dared
Believe in me
I am what you see
Forgive me
Just let it be
