Opaques have no depths

because they cannot see themselves

so by design in resignation

they follow the hollows and bellow

airily in stunted echoes

as they march transparently in file

and in lower depth of field

visions are never anything in focus

only blurred backgrounds

and ghostly elements in fore vicinity

so should we least expect

pray tell... from these to keep it real

when for heaven's sake

they cannot even see themselves
