It's been like a grey child in the rain
so cold sometimes thinking he'd die
with all he has learnt in dramatic ways
just to try to be just so liken to you

He cries in the cold footsteps
body frozen and so cold
watch his heart now splinter
as he travels in the realms of winter

The biting rain upon his face
trying to keep in quite repose
knowing he has his place
in the blackness of winters rose

He is not confused by the cold
not even at all numb in the head
for he means to play in winters snow
and put all his deeds to bed
