The runner
She runs to keep healthy
dressed in black
culpable, catching the sunlight
Her beads of inspiration
clings to herΒ Β underarms
She is at peace with herself
Her red jacket drapes her hips
She is sure of her run,
speedy as she goes
deftly middle-aged
