I have a dog who seems content with life.
     I don't think he wonders why he's here.
     He doesn't seem interested in math or science.
     He seems more interested in licking himself.
     He loves smelling every **** thing on a walk.
     He pees on things like he's flipping the bird.
     He doesn't worry about bills or taxes or politics.
     He doesn't watch the TV except Animal Planet.
     I know someday he'll die and we will weep and
     envy his ignorance or wisdom, unsure which.
