In his ******* rage he stuck her
then threw her to the ground
he called her all the names under the sun
then in his brutish poison kicked her

She laid there in a curled heap
mouth all blooded and panting
she was late in making his dinner
so she would have to pay for that

He dragged her to her feet once again
and while holding her blood drenched hair
punched her hard in the face and neck
for he was a man, a real *** of a man

She pleaded for mercy
but he cared not
he'd been in the pub
and drunk a ****** lot

Yet in the morning
when the light of day was dawning
he found he'd murdered his wife
and the gallows were a calling
