I Cried Enough
I cried enough
nights to drown
in my sheets, so, I made
a swimming pool from my head
to my feet.
I cried enough
brine to salt the roast beef. So,
I invited some friends over
for the feast!
I cried enough
tears, so I built me a raft
to sail to the end of this world
and back.
I cried enough
over him, never to let myself
be a victim again.
