A Lateral Trilogy

Midway between sill and
pelmet, traverses a black
horizontal line which I refer
to, as my morning meridian.

No, it does not have clothes pegs,
nor is it used as a midriff curtain
rail for a naked window, it is the
shortest distance between 2 poles.

Its purpose is for transporting
electricity to the houses, but it
also doubles as a perch for the
a.m. en-passant Genus Corvus.

In the distance, a white stream
in the sky, maintains a perfect
parallel line with ridge tiles on
rooftops. A lateral trilogy.
