The charcoal glows
in soothing warm embers
shinning face in radiant light
out in blistering beyond
vapid snows are tumbling
on the hardened ground
to melt into muddy slush
cold congealed droplets
soft coreless particles
simple vacuous drips
the banality
of Nature
