it's no fun to hear my bones creak
feel my back give way
here and there a twinge and squeak
as i climb stairway

chorus:
pass the WD-40 spray
lubricate my joints
if you take my aches away
you'll earn some extra points

there's a rainstorm in the air
grandmother used to say
as she'd sink into her chair
her legs giving way

chorus:
pass the WD-40 spray
lubricate my joints
if you take my aches away
you'll earn some extra points

no denying, i feel it coming
Sir Age is knock a-knocking
impatiently his fingers strumming
on me under-stocking

chorus:
pass the WD-40 spray
lubricate my joints
if you take my aches away
you'll earn some extra points

there's little fun in getting weak
but we can't turn back the clock
so instead turn other cheek
and hope my jaw won't lock

chorus:
pass the WD-40 spray
lubricate my joints
if you take my aches away
you'll earn some extra points
.
